What to Expect

As a first-time guest at Rocky Ford Baptist Church, we will do everything in our power to make your visit as meaningful as possible. We will not single you out, call on you, or anything else that would make you feel uncomfortable. We only want to make you feel welcomed, loved, and right at home.

In order to help you prepare for your visit, we've tried to answer some common questions below. However, if you have any questions that aren't listed, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us! We would be honored to hear from you.

FRequently Asked Questions

  • Our worship services are just your typical Southern Baptist worship service. No smoke or fog, no lasers or spotlights. Just time spent in worship and in God's Word.

  • Whether you wear jeans, a t-shirt, or even shorts and flip flops, it doesn't matter to us. We want you to come as you are and worship with us.

  • Sunday School begins at 10:00 AM.

If you are visiting for a worship service only, we usually start at 11:00 AM. We recommend arriving just a few minutes early (5-10) to find a seat, chat with people, and get settled in.

  • We have a welcome team that will greet you when you come in the door. They will welcome you, show you to the sanctuary, and when you come into the main service you are free to sit wherever you prefer.

  • We have a nursery for our babies under 3 yrs old. We also have children's church for kids ages 4-8 right after the worship portion of our service is over.
